I’ve gone nutty today and switched up my go to recipe for this one. It is so yummy and packed with protein and healthy fat!
I start out with some Fairlife fat free milk. 8 oz is equivalent to 1/2 red and 1/2 yellow container. This stuff is awesome because it’s low carb and high protein and lactose free.
Next up is 1/2 of a frozen banana and that equals one purple container. I usually buy a bunch of bananas once every two weeks, cut them in half and freeze them, so I always have frozen bananas on hand.
Then my delicious Vegan Chocolate Shakeology. I just love this stuff. It’s got so many nutrients in it all by itself. And don’t you just love my container it’s in? I love it. I earned it for helping 3 people in July get started on their fitness journey.
Next, we’ve got some almond butter. This stuff is awesome too because it’s just roasted almonds. Got to love Costco! I’m using 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon in mine because that is what I’m allowed in my meal plan, so you can adjust this according to whatever plan you are following.
Put everything in a mixer cup. I like to use my magic bullet because it’s quick and easy and the clean up is easy. I have a Blendtec blender that I love, but clean up is such a pain.
After it’s all blended, enjoy!!!! Look at that yummy creaminess! It’s so good! The perfect morning snack.
