21 Day Fix

There are 7 different workouts to do each week for 3 weeks. The workouts consist of cardio, weights, yoga and pilates and the best part is they are only about 30 minutes long! Time is not an excuse with this workout plan! I challenge you to tell me that you honestly can’t find 30 minutes each day to get your fitness on.

Not only do you have the fitness plan, there is also a super easy to follow nutrition plan that keeps you full, satisfied and happy. The nutrition plan is based on containers and portion control. An example is meal plan B, which is 1500-1799 calories a day, which equals the following containers:


Red (protein) = 4
Green (veggies) = 4
Purple (fruit) = 3
Yellow (carbs) = 3
Blue (healthy fat) = 1
Orange (seeds, dressings) = 1
Tsp (oils & nut butters) = 4

Once you have eaten your containers for the day, you are done. But guess what, you are also allowed 3 treats a week and wine!  Yep you read that right…. wine!  So instead of thinking of a cheat day or a cheat meal, you aren’t cheating if you have a treat.  I think that is pretty cool.  I struggle a lot with the mental part of “dieting”, so I’m not “dieting”, I’m eating healthy and following a healthy meal plan and I’m not having cheat meals or cheat days.
