Commit2BFit4Life is what I’m committed to.

It took me a long time to get to this point, but I’m finally here.  My passion lies with helping others get to this point too while helping them reach their fitness goals with commitment, consistency and perseverance.

I’m just a girl… a wife, a mom, a techie nerd, a runner, a weight loss surgery warrior, a cheerleader and a coach!

I’ve struggled with my weight since I was 18 and had my first son. It’s taken me 22 years to figure out that I really do have to put in the work to lose the weight. All the fad diets are not going to work. I’m not going to take a pill or a shot one night and wake up in the morning at my goal weight. I’m going have to eat clean and train sweaty!
