It’s results day! First, before I tell you about my results on the scale, lets kind of recap my experience talk about my non scale results over the last 3 days.
Prior to doing the refresh, I wasn’t eating super horrible, but I was starting to head down that path again and it wasn’t good. I was having stomach aches every day and I was just feeling blah and yucky overall. I didn’t have any energy during the day, and mentally I wasn’t happy because of the poor food choices I was making. I could visibly see the bloating and my pants felt pretty tight.
By the second day of my refresh my stomach was feeling better, I had more energy and I was feeling lighter. I have no desire for sugary carbs and I’m looking forward to continuing to put healthy foods into my body. The bloating is gone and my pants fit again. I have done this refresh 2 other times, but this time I feel even better at the end than the other two times. I feel different mentally. I feel like I’m taking care of my body by making better choices.

I lost 6.6 pounds in 3 days and 3.5 inches overall! Isn’t that awesome! I just love this program and how great it has made me feel that the amazing jump start it gave me to getting back on track.
