21 Day Fix Round 1: Day 7

Training 15KIt’s the last day of my week 1 and I started it with a long run.  I was gong to do Dirty 30 when I got back from my run, but I changed my mind.  It’s a woman’s prerogative to change her mind.  I ran 5 miles and walked almost 2 miles up hill to get back home, I ended up burning 1095 calories just from that.  The new plan is to get Dirty 30 AND Total Body Cardio done tomorrow!  My kiddo is on fall break this week, so I won’t be able to run all week.  I’m not sure what I will do with myself.

21 day fix breakfast
After my run, stretch and a shower, I refueled with some vegan chocolate Shakeology mixed with some left over cold coffee, 2 soft boiled eggs on top of a light multigrain english muffin and half of a banana.  That hit the spot.  2 red, 1 purple, 2 yellow

I had planned on getting some meal prepping done today, but I had so many leftover from dinner last night that I got most of my meal prepping done.  Yay!  I’ve got plenty of meatballs and marinara ready to go for the week.  I thought about prepping some portobello mushroom pizzas, but honestly I ended up being pretty lazy after my run.

The rest of the day I ate pretty boring.  I basically ate my meatballs and pasta leftovers for both lunch and dinner.  I was too tired to do anything else.  Pretty boring right?  But I did get to snuggle on the couch with my little munchkin and watch movies all evening.  img_3626

I’m ready for week 2!!!!
