21 Day Fix Round 1: Day 15

Today starts the last Monday of my challenge.  This time next week I will be posting my final results.  I will admit I haven’t been 100% compliant.  I missed a couple workouts this weekend because of my neck/headache/swollen face.  But my plan is to kill it this week!  In the 21 Day Fix program, they include a week of doubles where you do 2 work outs a day to maximize your results.  They have also added in a 3 day fast start that you can add to the last 3 days of your program. I plan on doing both of those this week.

I really need to go grocery shopping.  We didn’t get home earlier enough yesterday to get groceries, so I will be making a trip to the store today.  We have no healthy food!!!!!!  Breakfast this morning is a shakeology because I can always count on my shakeology for a healthy meal that will fill me up.

21 day fix lunchI snuck out and went grocery shopping so I would actually have some food to eat today, and my headache came back with a vengeance.  The kink in my neck has moved from the right side towards the middle.  Uggg.  After shopping I came home and made another shakeology, and had some cucumbers and grapes with it.  It was easy and I added some emergen-c to my shakeology.  Yummy and gives me a little boost, just in case I’m getting sick.

This afternoon, I got a little meal prepping done while I was working.  I’m currently doing some testing and had a little down time while I was waiting for something to process, so I chopped up some peppers and onions for fajitas, I cooked them and threw some sweet potatoes in the oven.  I bought some pre-cut chicken breasts at the store, so once the peppers and onions were finished cooking I threw the chicken in the pan with some of that southwest seasoning I had left from last week.  It perfectly made 5 dinners!  I also boiled some eggs for breakfast for the week.

21 day fix overnight oatsTonight I will throw some overnight oats together and see how that turns out tomorrow.  Have you ever tried overnight oats? I put everything together for all my breakfasts for this week, all I have to do is put it in a jar with 1/2 cup of almond milk each night and my breakfast is ready in the morning.

Oh my gosh!!!  Look at these adorable cupcake leggings I got!  I just couldn’t resist them.  So how many of you have been introduced to the LuLaRoe addiction?  These leggings are amazing!!!!!  I’ve got 4 pairs now and I could live in them… heck, I probably will live in them all winter.  They are so soft and comfy!


For my afternoon snack, I had a yellow container of sweet potato, some carrots and a blue container of avocado. Yum! 21 Day fix snack

And dinner was my prepped chicken fajitas. So yummy and so healthy!

I wanted to get my workout in today, but it just didn’t happen. I’m going on day 4 I think of my headache and I just couldn’t get motivated to get it done. At least my eating was on point today.
