It’s so nice to wake up knowing we are so close to the ocean. We are staying at a Marriot Residence Inn, so we have a full kitchen. I don’t care so much about the ability to cook, but I love having a full size refrigerator. It makes it so much easier to keep up with my water intake and keeping healthy snacks available.
Today we are off to Sea World. Eating will definitely be a challenge today, but I’m going to do my best to make good choices. They offer free breakfast at the hotel and I’m happy that hotels are offering healthier choices now days. I was able to get a plain greek yogurt with some berries and almond slices and a hard boiled egg. Before we head out I’m going to top off with a Chocolate Vegan Shakeology. I brought some individual packets of vegan chocolate and vegan tropical strawberry with me so I have a little variety.
We got almost to Sea World and I realized I forgot the tickets!!!! OMG. I can’t believe I did that, but luckily we live in a digital age and they accepted our tickets from my phone. It was a great day at Sea World. It wasn’t crowded or busy. It was great. We started off with a ride that gets your wet! It was a ton of fun. Lunch and dinner consisted of too many yellow containers (carbs), but I did get my green containers in today! Yay!
Now check out this salad and calzone we got for dinner! Huge Huge Huge!!!! Probably 10 greens in this dang salad. Haha. Here is what an actual serving looks like. I love this plan because even though this isn’t the best choices for food, it still fit in the plan because I only had 3 yellows today, all of my containers were in line. Woot Woot!
I didn’t get my workout done today, but I did get over 12,000 steps. Tomorrow we are planning on just hanging out around the hotel and maybe going to the beach, so a workout is getting done tomorrow!
